What a day, Ryuu has been spending most of it in Uppers trying to beat his high score. Also kicking ass against anyone who tries to beat him in laser tag. The man doesn’t spend much time in Uppers but when he does get in there he never leaves, barely to eat or go to the bathroom. Until he finally pries himself away or loses all his money, normally the second happens before the first. When that happens he just goes to get more money however he can, but doesn’t come back to Uppers until he’s loaded, at least loaded in his mind set. Of course he would be loaded if he hadn’t been kicked out of his parents house in Tokyo, but apparently he’s too lazy for their taste. Psh, lazy my ass. Finishing up on that game, Ryuu decided it was time to go get something to eat since he hasn’t done that today at all. Maybe I should eat more? Oh well. He has to find someone to mooch off of soon or else he’ll go starving for a while since hie money supply is dwindling. Ok, so he is sitting at the mall pissing his money away at an arcade but come on, the man needs to keep his fun levels up or he could die. Die of boredom that is.
Making his way out of Uppers, Ryuu turned towards the food court where he’d get a quick meal, maybe some ice cream and then go back to Uppers. Unless he decided to not go back and go find other means of entertainment. Boy there are a lot of hot women here today. Smirking he nodded and winked at random women he saw, flashing them all his prize awarding smile. It hadn’t actually won any prizes, besides a romp in the sack with multiple women, but he could someday win a prize for it if there was a smiling contest. How awesome would that be! Playing with the inside of his lip piercing, Ryuu searched around the food court to try and decide what would be best to eat. Sighing, there was nothing that was catching his eye right off the bat. So instead he went to an Orange Julius to get a smoothie. Upon getting there he smiled at the man behind the counter. Why does it have to be a dude?”Uhh yeah I’ll have a Cocoa Latte Swirl please.”Pulling out his wallet he took out the appropriate change, seeing how little money he has left and groaning lightly. I really need money soon. He’ll find a way to make money, and if all else fails he can always resort to pick pocketing or go and get a gig at a nearby club or something. That was always fun, Ryuu loves to sing. He doesn’t really have a band, all he does is go to a club and get up on stage then sing. Most of the time women will give him money, especially when he plays to the crowd. What a woman won’t do for a handsome man.
Smirking he takes his drink, feeling a vibrating feeling in his pocket. Pulling out his cell phone he reads over the text message while taking a sip of his cocoa drink. Chuckling at the message, he replies back while walking towards a place to sit. Normally his coordination while texting is excellent but today it seemed to have failed him and he ran into someone. Fucking hell! Ryuu turned his eyes away from his phone with a grimace to get a look at the idiot who walked into him.

Oh, this was certainly a sight! Misaki felt the breath leave her body the second she entered this wonderful place. All around her were shop filled to the brim with absolutely everything one could imagine, and a few that she didn't even know existed! Book stores, clothing stores, she swore she even saw one filled with random objects that held no correlation to one another. Oh wow... she thought to herself as she walked around the entire length of the mall. She hadn't been here in what seemed like years, everything was so much more vibrant than she remembered. Not just the stores, but the people too, but that could just be here newly found happiness seeping in. Misaki didn't care though. If happiness was blinding her to the horrors of this world, it was about time. Being blind was better sometimes.
Giggling softly to herself, she did a loop around a particularly interesting store, smiling all the way. What a wonderful time she was having! Who knew that going out for a day of nothing but time to herself could be so much fun! Staring at her smiling reflection in the store window, she let out another giggle when she realized how foolish she was being. Normal people got to go out and do this sort of thing whenever they had the fancy to, yet here she was having the time of her life in the Wildwood Mall. There must be something wrong with her. Shaking her head playfully, she gave her reflection a little wink before walking towards the food court, one part of this vast building that she had yet to explore. The moment she walked in, a bombardment of different scents meet her unprepared nose. There were stands for nearly everything anyone could want here! Chinese food, a hamburger place, even a little shop that sold chocolate! Taking a slow turn around the room, Misaki lets herself look carefully at each and every shop. Finally stopping at a ice cream stand, she moves forward into the line to purchase a plain strawberry cone. Oh, she was honestly trying to convince herself that it wasn't the most amazing thing she had ever tasted in her life, but it sure wasn't easy. Giggling happily, she concentrates on making the frozen treat last.
Too bad her happy little jaunt around the food court when soon come to an end when her absentmindedness caused her to walk face first into a person. "Oh!" She exclaimed, jumping back quickly to survey the damage. She had run into a young man with a phone in his hand and some sort of drink in his other. From the look on his face too, he was not very happy with her jostling him. Biting down on her bottom lip, Misaki bows her head in apology and whispers a very frantic, "I'm so sorry love, I wasn't watching where I was going!" Thankfully her ice cream cone had been in the opposite hand, saving her the mortification of having spilled the pink treat all over this guys shirt. Still running face first into him was enough to cause damage.

The moment Ryuu looked up from his phone he smiled. A woman, perfect that was just what he needed. Closing his phone he placed it back in his pocket, keeping that smile on his face while he looked the woman over briefly. Not bad, not bad at all. Watching the woman as she bowed, what a strange person, but it reminded him of japanseansean. Maybe she is from japanseansean? Oh how he misses japanseansean. Even if his parents kicked him out of their home he still misses Tokyo and all his old friends. There he felt accepted by his groups of friends, here he feels like an outcast with his overly bright appearance and the way he carries himself. Once the woman was done speaking Ryuu simply did a small head bow back to her, still smiling.”Oh no it was my fault, I am sorry for running into you. Please do not blame yourself, I should have been watching where I was going.”Taking a drink of his milkshake, not taking his eyes off of her. Well at least if all goes well I’ll have some entertainment for tonight.
Taking another sip of his drink, Ryuu already knew this woman was going to be caring and sympathetic. She was the sweet type, which meant she most likely wanted a sweet and caring guy too, someone to show her that she’s loved. Oh she is so toast. Taking another sip of his drink, Ryuu looked up at the woman with a soft smile.”That ice cream looks delicious, I’m a lover of ice cream myself. I had been debating about what to eat but I think I have found it.”Smirks, keeping his eyes on her while taking a drink.”So do you have a name? Or shall I just call you beautiful?Ryuu’s eyes twinkled, his smile radiated sweetness while he looked at the woman knowing she would more then likely love the compliment. She seemed the type that maybe didn’t get compliments that often. At least, Ryuu was banking on that...

Peeking out through her curtain of short hair, Misaki stared up at the man's pleasant smile. Oh good... she thought to herself, exhaling in relief. Here she was thinking that he would be angry with her from running into him so rudely, that would have put a damper on her happy day out. Thankfully this one was a young man who was kind enough to forgive an absentminded woman for her mistakes. Lifting her head again, she lets out a small giggle when he bows his head in return and tells her to think nothing of the little collision. How cute, she hadn't seen anyone behave that politely in a good few years. Of course she hadn't been out of her house in that time period, but still it was a refreshing change to the bleak world she had grown up in. "Still, I'm very sorry for bothering you in the first place love, please accept my apology for at least that." She said, bowing her head out of habit once more. It was shorter lived this time, for almost immediately she raised her head and brushed away a strand of loose hair, a nervous reaction she had picked up over the years. What to do now? Should she just leave? No, that would be rude, but she seriously doubted that this guy would want anything to do with her. But until he made a movement to leave first, she would stay right here.
Gingerly taking another lick of her ice cream to keep it from melting too quickly, she modestly kept her eyes on the floor as she waited for him to end this little meeting. To her surprise, the man took the liberty of striking up another conversation. What? Glancing down at her ice cream cone and than back up to his smiling face, she gave him a small smile in return before bringing the strawberry flavored treat back up to her lips. Okay, so she honestly didn't know what to say to that. Would it be too repetitive to say 'I'm glad'? Maybe, but anything else sounded foolish. But before she could decide what to say, he spoke again. Misaki's face went red at the compliment and she immediately brought her gaze to the floor, avoiding his eyes. "Ah... it's not necessary to say things like that." She mumbled, utterly embarrassed by her pink cheeks and the sudden little flutter of her heart. Oh no, calm down, it was nothing like that. He's probably just a young man who wanted to make a silly old woman feel better about herself. But it sure worked well... Bringing her eyes back up to his face, her blush turned darker at the sight of his sweet smile. Oh wow... Misaki raised her hand in greeting, doing her best not to look down at the floor again. "I'm Misaki Toyama, it's a pleasure to meet you." She whispered, doing another nervous head bow. Great, she probably looked like a complete fool right now. Well of course she did, stupid, stupid nerves. The first chance she's had in years to meet someone new and she's already blowing it. Oh why couldn't she do anything right?!

This woman is a bit strange, she appears to be young but Ryuu knew she must be older then what she looked like. But that really didn’t matter to Ryuu, age wasn’t really a problem when it came to him although he didn’t want a girl that was too young or too old. When she asked him to at least accept her apology he just smiled, laughing lightly.”Alright, I guess I will do that if that’s what you want. Though I still think you shouldn’t feel bad...no harm done.”Man this woman bows a lot, reminds him of japansean actually. Ryuu wasn’t used to seeing that here but it was a bit thing in Tokyo. Someone bumps into another person, they bow, they first meet, they bow, well sometimes, you say something rude, you bow. Though not everyone did that it was just the really humble, honourable people who did. Ryuu used to do it, when he was younger, but after a while he stopped doing it. Ryuu, upon reaching adolescents, found it to be a tedious, pointless thing to do. Suddenly Ryuu was brought back to reality when he saw her begin to lick at her ice cream. Oh god that’s hot.... Ryuu just watched her with a slight smirk, his mind automatically going to dirty thoughts. Why must women be so teasing?
What the woman said next made him smile. Oh, so she isn’t used to compliments...well...this is going to be incredibly easy then.Just giving the woman a sweet smile, his dimples being cuter then ever, Ryuu knew just how to get this girl hooked. Taking hold of her hand, he shook it gingerly before pulling her hand up to his lips. Kissing it softly while keeping his brown eyes on hers..”The pleasures all mine Misaki...my names Ryuu Yamazaki...”Chuckling softly at her head bow, giving her another dimply smile.”Misaki...your adorable you know that right? What is a pretty girl like yourself going at the mall all alone? I can’t believe a man hasn’t snatched you up yet...they must be blind or crazy.”Too much? Possibly...but I’ll just watch her reaction. Ryuu just gave her that same, fake, innocent dimply smile he gives basically every woman he meets. Taking another sip of his drink, sloshing it around in a circle and taking another sip. Maybe this woman has some money, I really could use some.. Feeling a slight buzzing at his side, he pulls out his phone once more and texts back a reply before placing it back into his pocket. Grinning at Misaki.”So Misaki, would you care to take a walk with me around the mall? I mean...if you want to...I understand if you don’t..”Biting his bottom lip sheepishly, sliding his hands into his pocket and looking down, shifting slightly on his legs. Ryuu was a great actor, and right now he was doing his best “I really hope you say yes and don’t reject me” look, when in retrospect if she said no he could easily just go and find someone else.

Misaki kept the nervous smile on her face when the young man took her hand and shook it. Okay, he wasn't flinching away from her touch or anything, that was good. Loosening her grip, she was prepared to pull her hand back once he dropped her hand, but he gave her a shock. Instead of immediately releasing his hold on her, the man brought her hand up to his lips and kissed it softly, his warm brown eyes never leaving hers. Oh goodness. Misa felt her face warm up and her eyes widen. Did he really just do that? Why would he do that? She wasn't anything special... no, that must just be how he greets woman, nothing to get excited about... but still... Flustered and more than a little embarrassed, she almost didn't catch his next words. Ryuu? His name was Ryuu? That was certainly odd, that was the name she was planning on giving Kaede before he was born. What a strange coincidence, but not one that she would want to bring up. Most young men probably didn't want to know about her full grown son or the life she had lead up until this point any more than she cared to relived it all.
Looking up at Ryuu again, she finds herself blushing even more when he speaks again. Adorable? Well... that was a bit of an overstatement and to say that men should be snatching her up... oh that isn't true at all. Most people wouldn't care to look at her, let alone have a relationship with her. There was a reason that the only man who ever took an interest in her was her father... she was nothing much to look at. Still, it was kind of him to say, and she should show him that she does appreciate it. "Ah, thank you Ryuu, really, but you don't have to say things like that..." She whispers still blushing madly. Oh wow, she really does get embarrassed way to easily, but this man was being far too kind to the likes of her. His sweet smile and overly exaggerated compliments were a warm welcome and made her unbelievably happy, but she knew better than to focus in too much on the little details. It would only hurt her in the end when he tells her that he's not interested in her like that. Yet here she still stood. Ryuu had yet to send her on her merry way, so that must mean at least something.
Taking another lick of her ice cream, Misaki brings her gaze shyly down to her feet, waiting for some sort of sign that this little meeting was coming to an end. It had to be coming soon, she was hardly worth the trouble of making a good conversation, so she'd understand. But once again, this young man's words made her look up at him with absolute shock. He had invited her to walk around with him, and from the nervous look on his face, Ryuu was completely serious. Misa blushed again, but nodded slowly. A little company would be nice... this young man was refreshingly unique... and maybe by the end of it... no, that was a little too much to hope for. Shifting uncomfortably, she took another nervous lick of her ice cream before looking up at Ryuu's face. "That would be nice, thank you for offering." She whispered, before looking around the mall. "Uh, is there anywhere specific you wanted to go love?"
